Added to the usual measurement statistics are columns for:
• The number of failures on the lower limit (Fail Min)
• The number of failures on the upper limit (Fail Max)
To stop running acquisitions when there are measurement limit test failures, select
Stop On Failure.
To reset all measurement statistics and begins recording statistical data again,
select Reset Statistics.
