5. Use needle-nose pliers or tweezers to gently pull
rounded end of Spring out from beneath plastic tab in
housing. Remove Spring. Repeat procedure to remove
second Spring.
6. Gently insert a small, flathead screwdriver between blue
Printhead Latch Pin and black plastic hinge [A] and
rotate to pop Printhead Latch out of hinge without
damaging either piece.
CAUTION
BE CAREFUL. Black Plastic Hinge
breaks easily. Use only gentle
pressure when removing/installing
Printhead Latch Pin.
7. Other side should now easily slide out of hinge.
8. Discard Printhead Latch according to local regulations.
