z With types of dyeing of the specimen to observe, the barrier filter will be set
automatically to the optical path.
To change the barrier filter types, see section 1-3-2-3, “Configuring the Filters (When
using a filter system)” and change by [Optical System Configuration] window.
z Make the channel ready for image acquisition.
In the [Acquire] panel, make sure that the check box in the [Ch1]/[Ch2]/[Ch3]/[Ch4]
group box that shows the dyeing method is check-marked to indicate that the
corresponding channel is ready for image acquisition.
z Set the image brightness.
Adjust the image brightness of the acquisition channel by using the [PMT], [Offset] and
[Gain] LED sliders in the [Acquire] panel. For details, see to section 2-2-1-4-9,
“Adjusting the Image Brightness” in the [OPERATION] volume.
