z With types of dyeing of the specimen to observe, the Barrier Filters will be set
automatically to the optical path.
To change the Barrier Filter types, see to section 1-3-2-6, “Configuring the Filters” and
change by [Optical System Configuration] window.
z Make the channels ready for image acquisition.
In the [Acquire] panel, make sure that the check box in the [Ch1]/[Ch2]/[Ch3]/[Ch4]
group boxes that show the dyeing methods are check-marked to indicate that the
corresponding channels are ready for image acquisition.
z When observing a fluorescence image(s) simultaneously, also set the brightness of the
fluorescence image(s).
Adjust the brightness of the image of each channel by using the [PMT], [Offset] and
[Gain] LED sliders in the [Acquire] panel. For details, see section 2-2-1-4-9, “Adjusting
the Image Brightness”.
