8. Acquire images by clicking the <XYZ>, <XYT> or <XYZT> button.
9. After acquiring images, select <Normal> from the list displayed below the [Surface XY-
Norm] option button in the [Mode] group box to set the scanning range to the original
setting.
It is not permitted to change the scanning range after having acquired
images. If you want to change the scanning range again, select <Normal>
from the list displayed below the [Surface XY-Norm] option button in the
[Mode] group box to set the scanning ragne to the original setting, acquire
an image in the XY observation mode, then select <Clip> in the [Mode]
group box and reselect the scanning range.
