3. In the list of buttons displayed as shown below, select the <Rectangular>, <Circle>,
<Polyregion>, or <Free region> button. And drag on the image to specify the region of
laser excitation.
In order to specify two or more regions, click the mouse on or inside the region
with holding down the SHIFT key after a region is specified.
