5. When it is required to change the saved file type, use the [Save as Type:] drop-down
list. See section 2-3-1-4, “File Types Available for Save” for details.
6. Enter the file name in the [File Name:] text box.
7. Click the <Save> button.
If a file with the same name as the entered file name already exists, a
dialog box is displayed to ask if you want to overwrite the existing file. If
you do not want to overwrite it, click the <NO> button and enter another
file name.
