5. Select the drive or folder where the file to be read is saved in the [Look in] drop-down
list.
6. In the list below the [Look in] drop-down list, double-click the folder or sub-folder where
the data to be read is saved to open.
7. Select “FLUOVIEW ROI (*.roi)” in the [Files of type] drop-down list.
8. Select the file to be read and click the <Open> button.
When the image size of the file including the region to be read and that of the
specified file differ, the [Careful] dialog box as shown below appears.
Clicking the <OK> button reads the file in different image size, whereas clicking
the <No> button cancels reading the region file.
When the region file is read in different image size, the upper left of the image
is assumed as reference.
