It is possible to designate folder in [Save File Name] column. For example, if
[R001 Image001] is entered, folder – [R001] is created under path of [Image File Name:]
and image file is saved under the name of [Image001].
Trigger Out: Select the trigger output from “00”, “01”, “10” and “11” in the pull-down menu.
Comment: Enter any comment as desired.
In case of the range of acceptable values are specified for a cell, it is checked according to
the specified range. If a value out of the specified range is entered, it is corrected in the
vicinity value.
Variables will be created as defined with For statement for input value. Also,
