4. Select file type, .pap or .csv, with [Save as type:] dropdown list.
5. Click the <Save> button.
If a CSV file having the same file name as the file name entered above
already exists, a dialog box appears to ask if you want to overwrite the
existing file. If you do not want to overwrite it, click the <No> button and
use another file name for saving.
