3. Click the <DIC leveling> button.
The [Level] panel is newly created in the image window and shows an image after the
correction of the DIC level irregularities of the background.

4. If the DIC level irregularities cannot be reduced, repeat steps 1 to 3 above by varying
the correction factor.
The background irregularities
are solved.
