Select the LSM light path.

Select the light path for 100%
binocular tube and focus on the
specimen.

When the combination using the laser
combiner is used, set the optimum ND
filters for the laser.

Set the objective magnification.

Set the zoom ratio to 1X.

Set the highest scan speed.

Acquire an image.

Exit from the FLUOVIEW software.

Change the ND filter with a higher
transmittance filter.
