14. Click the <Begin Analysis> button. The mean value of the specified regions will be
displayed graphically in the [Mean Intensity] box.
The colors of the chart lines corresponding to the colors assigned to
the regions.
When the image was acquired in the multi-channel mode, the channel
number is displayed to the right of each chart line.
