8. To change the dyeing method detection channel, set the [Dye] drop-down list of the
previous channel to blank and select the dyeing method in the [Dye] drop-down list for
the new channel.When it is not required to specify the detection channel, select the
blank.
In this example, select CFP for channel 1.
9. After completing the above, click the <Save> button to close the [Optical System
Configuration Setup] dialog box.
With the FLUOVIEW software, setting a filter to blank does not change the
corresponding filter. Set blank only when any filter setting is acceptable.
