Section 4. SETUP AND CONFIGURATION

4.1 INTRODUCTION

This section contains information on how to set up the IMUX 2000 M-DACS and operate it under

local control.

4.2 CM4 MODES

A CM4 module can operate in one of two modes:

DI-A Drop/Insert Direction A

DI-B Drop/Insert Direction B

The CM4 displays its mode for several seconds immediately after it is powered, either by plugging it

into a powered Main Shelf or by applying power to the M-DACS Shelf.
