5.5.3.7.2 PORT 1 CONFIGURATION PARAMETERS

NOTE

This section presumes a basic knowledge of T1 systems on the part of the user.

Incorrect application of these settings may cause system misoperation.

NOTE

The “Port Mode” parameter must be set to OFF for any unused ports. For example, if your M-

DACS uses ports 1 through 6 only, set the “Port Mode” on ports 7 and port 8 configuration

parameters windows to OFF. All other parameters in ports 7 and port 8 windows can be left

untouched.
