Once the display is edited to the desired value, do the following:
1. Press down the SET/NEXT switch until the underscore disappears and the digits are again
displayed full size. For example, if the displayed address was changed to 040, the display now
reads 040. The red part of the ON/OFF indicator lights to show that the address displayed is
not the current address.
2. To change the multiplexer's network address to the number on the display, press up twice on
the SET/NEXT switch.
Pressing up once on the SET/NEXT switch causes the green part of the ON/OFF
indicator to blink; this shows that a change is about to be made. At this point
you can abort the change by pressing down on the SET/NEXT switch. Pressing up
on the SET/NEXT switch a second time actually makes the change. The green part
of the ON/OFF indicator now stays on and the red part turns off. This shows that
the displayed number is the currently-set address.
This procedure is illustrated in Table 4-7.

address on the display is the current address.
