Original operating instructions
S23 Are all bolt/screw connections undamaged
and tight, particularly on the elevating cab?
If necessary, retighten or replace
S24 Have any possible cable connections to
external power sources been disconnected?
If necessary, disconnect
S25 Is the correct counterweight installed and
secured in place?
Replace if necessary or retighten to specified
torque
S26 Are the boom components undamaged
(corrosion, cracking)?
If necessary, repair or replace
S27 Are any pin-type keepers cracked or
damaged?
If necessary, replace
S28 Are the pipe fracture safety devices tight and
undamaged?
If necessary, replace
S29 Is there enough grease in the central
lubrication system?
If necessary, refill
S30 Is there enough grease in the grease
reservoir of the swing ring pinion lubrication?
If necessary, refill
S30 Are the lubrication pipes undamaged and all
lubrication points being greased?
If necessary, replace, clean and lubricate
S31 Are the hydraulic pipes and hoses secured in
place?
If necessary, tighten fasteners
S32 Is the swiveling connection undamaged and
lubricated sufficiently?
Repair or actuate pinion lubrication if
necessary
S34 Are the mechanical steering stops worn? If necessary, replace
S35 Is the energy chain damaged/worn? If necessary, replace
