Original operating instructions
Outside air mode When windows are misted, to dehumidify the cab.
Circulating air mode Faster warm-up of the cab and higher top temperature.
The air in the cab interior is re-circulated, i.e. very little fresh air is drawn
in from outside. Do not leave in this rating for longer than 15 minutes,
as the air quality in the cab will deteriorate significantly. Ensure that
there is a sufficient outside air supply.
Switching on the
climate control system
Note
Switch on the air conditioning system regularly. This greatly contributes
to the unit being ready for operation.
Switch on the air conditioning system once a month for at least
30 minutes at the maximum fan rate; open windows and doors.

temperature indication

Starting the engine The engine can be restarted automatically using this switch after the
engine has been switched off for 5-10 minutes without any load and
with automatic idle activated.
1 Start the drive engine.
2 Switch on the fan (1) on the right control panel.
3 Open the air-inlet vents in the cab to prevent the evaporator
from icing up.
4 Press the a/c switch (4) on the control panel
Press once briefly: the current status is displayed (heating
or cooling)
Press twice: operating mode is changed
5 Set the desired temperature using the temperature regulator
(3) on the right-hand control panel.
1 Press the combination switch (5) for more than 5 s.
2 The set unit is displayed.
3 By pressing the combination switch again, the temperature
display changes (°C <--> °F).
