Original operating instructions
Preselection of the swing bearing brake, which engages at the end of
an action:
– When the upper structure is stationary, the swing bearing brake
engages automatically.
– The following symbol appears in SENCON:
– To loosen the swing bearing brake, switch to
– Switch position 1 = Automatic operation.
Note
If the safety lever is in its upper position, the swing bearing brake is
activated. When the safety lever is in its lower position and Automatic
operation is activated, the swing bearing brake can be released.
WARNING
Never rotate the upper structure when the swing gear holding brake is
applied!
If the speed sensor has failed, then the swing brake engages 12 sec.
after the last message of the 5 bar pressure switch.
Emergency stop The emergency stop switch is located on the control panel in the cab.
The emergency stop switches shut down the machine immediately
following actuation.
Positions:
Pulled = machine on
Pushed = machine off
