Particulate filter
regeneration
Note
The particulate filter can only be regenerated if the load status of the
diesel particulate filter is adequate for the regeneration process.
If the load status is adequate, the following pilot lamp lights up in
SENCON:
Escalation levels for the load status of the diesel particulate filter
In SENCON, the escalation levels in relation to the load status of the
diesel particulate filter are displayed as follows:
Display in SENCON Action
Level 1
– Pilot lamp is displayed: – Start particulate filter
regeneration at the next
opportunity
Level 2
– Pilot lamp flashing: – Start particulate filter
regeneration at the next
opportunity
Level 3
– Pilot lamps flashing: – Start particulate filter
regeneration
IMMEDIATELY
Level 4
– Pilot lamps flashing: – Deposit loads and
turn off the engine
immediately!
