Note: If you run a stat sample during an Auto Standard run, the stat sample is not
considered to be one of the sample vials running between standards.
Standards During or at End of Run
If the number of vials in the step is equal to the Vials Between value, standards run at the
beginning and at the end of the step.
If the number of vials in the step is a multiple of the Vials Between value, standards run at
the beginning, during, and at the end of the step (Figure 4-13
).

No Standards at End of Run
Standards do not run after the last sample if (Figure 4-14):
• The number of vials in the step is not equal to the Vials Between value.
• The number of vials in the step is not a multiple of Vials Between value.
