Image Transfer Belt Unit
■ Waste toner scraped off by the Cleaning Blade is collected by the Toner Collecting Screw
for Transfer Belt.
■ The waste toner collected by the Toner Collecting Screw is conveyed to the Imaging Unit
by way of the Waste Toner Conveyance Unit.

Waste Toner Full Detection System
■ A waste toner near full condition is detected using the output state of the Waste Toner Near
Full Detection Board (PWB-C).
■ A waste toner near full condition is detected by letting the light emitted from the LED
mounted on the Waste Toner Near Full Detection Board (PWB-C) travel through the light
guide.
