Align Offset
Sets the offset value of the trigger position. Position
deviation is compensated by the offset. When the
Forward Run command is used and the offset is
positive, the position of the slave is compensated by
the offset in the advancing direction. If the offset is
negative, the position of the slave is compensated by
the offset in the retarding direction.
