Description
The program time unit is applied to the segment time (TIME), segment ramp-rate (TM.
RT), wait time (WT.TM1 to WT.TM5), time event (T.ON1 to T.ON16 and T.OF1 to T.OF16),
and starting time of program operation (S.TM).
