Enabling GVRP on an interface fails with Access Port can not be set to gvrp
error
Make sure the interface is in either trunk or hybrid mode. Use the show bridge port
command.
Any other configuration errors
Enable GVRP CLI debug trace using the debug gvrp cli command. Use the no form of
the command to stop debugging.
Troubleshooting an operational failure
VLANs are not learned
•
Verify the port state using the show bridge port command.
• Verify the dynamic and static VLANs using the show bridge vlan command.
• Verify GVRP configuration and dynamic information using show gvrp detail
command.
