Troubleshooting tips: Configure marking parameters for the Leaf classes.
Module QoS troubleshooting
This section contains the basic step-by-step troubleshooting procedure for Module QoS in
order to isolate the issue for further troubleshooting.
CoS marking:
CoS marking and remarking is supported at various stages during ingress QoS processing.
Please note that the CoS marking at any stage will override any previous CoS marking done
by the previous stages. For complete details on the CoS marking at different stages, refer to
“QoS user guide”.
The show
qos module system command shows the global user priority based CoS marking
and output queue based CoS marking configuration. The user-priority based CoS marking is
used to assign output queue and drop precedence for tagged packets based on user-priority
value in the packet. The queue based CoS marking is used to assign user priority based on
the default queue assigned to the packet.
