Troubleshooting LDP LSP
This section details the steps and commands used to troubleshoot LDP LSPs.
LDP session fail to establish/Label Binding Failure
•
Ensure all MPLS prerequisites are satisfied.
• Ensure the LDP protocol is enabled globally. Issue the command show ldp. Check
whether the transport address shown is used. It is better to configure the transport address
as the router-id. Whenever you want to use a new transport address, it is recommended
that you first remove the old transport address and then configure the new transport
address. Failing to do so will result in failure of LDP adjacency establishment.
