After
you stop the logging, the log file MediationServer.etl is created in the Log File
Folder, and the View Log Files button becomes active on the OCS Logging Tool
window.
4. Click View Log Files to view the Mediation Server logs in Notepad.
5. Click Analyze Log Files to view the Mediation Server logs in the Snooper
window.
Network packet capture
You can use third-party packet capture tools to capture the network packets flowing in and out
of the Mediation Server. The Mediation Server module has the Wireshark network protocol
analyzer software pre-installed for capturing the network traces.
To use Wireshark for VoIP traffic monitoring, perform the following procedure.
Procedure steps
1. Launch Wireshark.
2. To open the Capture Options dialog box, select Capture > Options.
