• For untagged multicast and unicast packets use the show interface
<interface> command to check the Rx/Tx packets on both ingress and egress ports.
Troubleshooting VLAN Configuration and Switching
Use the following commands to create VLANs in the bridge global database. The created
VLANs have to functionally or characteristic unless used in an interface.
/configure# vlan database
/configure/vlan# vlan <vid> [name <WORD>]
To bind a VLAN to an interface use the following command:
/configure/interface/ethernet (5/1)#switch trunk allow vlan 10
