SIP survivability feature does not start: enable fails
Possible cause: Bind IP address for SIP survivability not configured.
Solution:
Before enabling the SIP survivability, bind IP address for the SIP survivability should
be configured. This is the IP addresses on which SIP survivability module (SSM) expects to
receive SIP messages. Configure the bind IP address for SIP survivability using bind ip
command under configure/voice/service/voip/ssm.

the central SIP server or keepalive server configuration for SIP survivability using show
ssm sip-server configuration. If none is configured, configure the SIP server or keepalive server
for the deployment using the keepalive-server CLI command under configure/voice/service/
voip/ssm/sip-server.
