• Check the session adjacency information by issuing command show ldp
adjacency.
• Check the session status by issuing command show ldp session and show ldp
session <session peer ip address>.
• Ensure there is no access list to block the LDP messages.
• Ensure
advertise-labels are enabled in the LDP mode and in the peer router: show ldp
advertise-labels
• Check the FEC table to get the FEC-Label binding for a particular prefix. show ldp fec
• Check the LDP lsp: show ldp lsp
• Label binding correspond to the best route will be available in the Routing table and the
forwarding entry. show ip route show ip route database show mpls table-
forwarding
