Packets are not getting classified
Symptom: Packet count can be '0' or very less for a class
Problem description: When a policy-map is attached to a interface, the user may perceive
packet count is '0' or very less for a class. Giving the command show qos chassis
[interface] [interface name] can see packet flow.
Prerequisite: Policy-map should be created and attached to an interface successfully.
