The SIP server address can be configured on the Secure Router 2330/4134 using two
methods:
• globally using the sip-server command under voice service voip
• for a particular destination pattern by configuring a VoIP Dial peer
You can verify whether the SIP server is configured using the show sip-ua status
command.

In this case, no SIP server is configured.
You can also verify whether any VoIP dial peers are configured using the show dial-peer
voice summary command

In this case, no VoIP dial peer is configured.
To fix the problem, configure either the SIP server or a VoIP dial peer.
