Navigation to POI in local area
X Call up the navigation fast access
function.
X Select an entry.
X Press the rotary control/ push button
until a menu appears.
X Select the 6SHFLDOGHVWLQVXUURXQGDUHD
or /RFDOSRLQWRILQWHUHVWH[WHUQ entry (if
a storage medium with external points
of interest has been inserted).
X Select the desired destination as
described in “Local” on page 39 or
“External points of interest” on
page 43.
Protecting an entry
X Call up the navigation fast access
function.
X Select the entry to be protected.
X Press the rotary control/push button
until a menu appears.
X Select the 3URWHFWHQWU\ entry.
X Switch protection on ( ) or off ( )
by pressing the rotary control/push
button .
Protected entries are identified by the
symbol.
Deleting an entry
X Call up the navigation fast access
function.
X Select the entry to be deleted.
X Press the rotary control/push button
until a menu appears.
X Turn the rotary control/push button
and then press the rotary control/push
button to select the
'HOHWHHQWU\ entry.
The entry is deleted from the fast access
list.
Note:
A protected entry is only protected from
being deleted in fast access mode.
However, you can delete this protected
entry individually, and it will also be
deleted when the complete list is
deleted.
