• The basic calculation pitch is set by GS P. Once defined, the line feed width is not changed if the basic
calculationpitchischanged byGS P.
• Fractions resulting from calculation are corrected with the minimum pitch of the mechanism, and the
remainderisomitted.
•InSTANDARD MODE, thiscommanduses the vertical (paper feed direction) basic calculation pitch(y).
•InPAGE MODE, thiscommandacts differentlydepending on thestart point:
(1)IfthestartpointspecifiedbyESCTistop leftor bottom right,thecommand usesthe vertical(paperfeed
direction) basic calculation pitch(y).
(2) If thestart point specifiedby ESCT is top right or bottom left, thecommanduses thehorizontal
(perpendicular tothepaperfeed direction) basic calculation pitch(x).
•The maximum settable linefeed width is 1016mm (40inches).A settinggreater thanthismaximum is
trimmed tothemaximum.
