[Function] Correcting the leader positionofBlackmarkpaper/ label paper
[Code] <1D>H<41>H<m><n>
[Range] 0≤m≤255
0≤n≤255
[Outline] [The specification which is commontothemodel]
•ThiscommandsetstheleaderpositionofBlackmarkpaper/labelpaperintermsofcorrectionvaluesetforthe
default position.
•“m”denotesthe correctingdirection.
•“m”isvalid onlyfor the lowest bit (m0).
•Controlby thelowestbit (m0) is shown as follows:
m0 CorrectingDirection
0
Corrects theleaderpositioninthe forward direction
1
Corrects theleaderpositioninthe reverse direction
•“n”denotes the correctionvalue inunitsof n/203inch.
[Caution] [The specification which is commontothemodel]
•Thiscommandis valid onlywhenBlack mark paper/ labelpaper ischosen.
•ThiscommandisignoredexceptimmediatelyaftertheexecutionofaBlackmark/label positioningcommand
(FF, GS FF, GS A, GS <) or immediately after leader positioning performed on a paper feed action with the
FEED switch, power on,or cover closure.
•Themaximum reverse correction span is 0.5mm.Correction settingsexceeding thisvalue aretruncated into
the maximum value. The leader position may be deviated due to paper flexure. For reverse correction,
exercise care sothe leader position does not step outofthe Black mark/ label.
• For forward correction, set the correction span by taking into account the Black mark/ label length as the
printable area changesbefore andafter correction setting.
•Incalculating acorrectionspan, use the basic calculation pitch(y) fortheverticaldirection. The fractional part
contained inthe calculation result shouldbe corrected in units of themechanism’s minimum pitch, with the
remaining fractional part truncated.
