12. Install the three (3) Copper Tubes and torque the M8x70 Motor Bus Bar fasteners to 14 Nm (10
in.lb.).
13. Place the DC-DC Converter onto the Inverter cooling manifold.
14. Install the M3x10 DC-DC Converter fasteners and torque to 0.6 Nm (5 in.lb.).
15. Connect all electrical connections to the DC-DC Converter.
16. Install the DC bus insulation Mylar on the Inverter (Rev F and earlier).
17. Install the DC Bus Bar and Capacitor Assembly and Snubber Capacitors. Refer to "4.22.4.3 DC
Capacitor Bus Bar Assembly Installation - TTS300/TGS230" on page 163.
18. Connect the DC+ and DC- of the Soft Start harness from the DC bus assembly noting
the orientation. Torque the M6 fasteners to 10 Nm (7 ft.lb.). Refer to "Figure 4-230 DC Bus
Installation - TTS300/TGS230" for this and the following step.
19. Connect the DC bus bars to the SCR’s and torque the M6x16 fasteners to 5 Nm (44 in.lb.).

20. Install the Terminal Block and torque the M5x15 fasteners to 3 Nm (27 in.lb.). Refer to "4.12.2
3-Phase Main Voltage Input Terminal Block Removal and Installation" on page 98.
21. Place the Mylar into the center section of the Terminal Block.
NOTE
If a Potted DC-DC Converter is being installed, ensure there is adequate thermal paste applied to the contact surface before
installation.
