● When the vehicle is in motion, the heat
from the brake system makes the wheel
bolts go hot, so be careful to avoid
scalding while removing the wheel bolts.
● All bolts on the damaged wheel must be
loosened instead of being removed before
the vehicle is fully jacked up.
6. Hold the jack firmly, and rotate the jack screw
to jack up the vehicle till the damaged wheel is
off the ground;
7. Completely unscrew the wheel bolts to
remove the faulty wheel.
Never place the wheel bolts in a sandy or
dirty area; otherwise, the threads of the bolts
and hubs may be damaged when they are
screwed back into place.
● Make sure place the jack on a flat, solid
surface to avoid tilting the jack.
● Always observe the condition of the
vehicle during the jacking. If you feel that
the vehicle body has obvious tilting or
abnormal movement, stop jacking, find
out the problem, and then jack it after
solving the problem.
● It is forbidden to use the spare wheel that
has been damaged or worn to the wear
limit.
● A tire should not be used for more than 6
years.
● If a wheel fixing bolt is rusted or difficult to
be tightened, it must be replaced and the
thread hole must be cleaned.
Before installing the spare wheel, clean away
soil or dirt on the fitting surface between the
wheel and the hub.
