Electric heating function of exterior rearview
mirrors*
The electric heating function of the exterior
rearview mirrors works only when the engine is
running.
When the engine is running, press the rear
windshield defogger/defroster button ①
on the A/C control panel to turn on the rear
windshield defogger/defroster, and at the same
time, heat the exterior rearview mirrors for
defogging/defrosting. (See page 63 for details)
CAUTION
Do not turn on the electric heating function of
the exterior rearview mirrors when not
necessary, so as to avoid overheating of the
exterior rearview mirrors and the rear
windshield and wasting the battery power.
Sun visor
Blocking front sunlight
Pull down the sun visor to block the front
dazzling light.
Blocking side sunlight
Separate the sun visor from central bracket ①
and turn it to the side to block the side dazzling
light.
CAUTION
If you need to turn the sun visor to the side
while driving, please observe the distance to
the front and rear vehicles and slow down or
stop the vehicle before any operation. Please
be cautious when turning the sun visor,
during which it may block the driver's sight.
Make-up mirror
The make-up mirror is on the back of the sun
visor. Pull down the sun visor and then open the
make-up mirror cover to use the makeup mirror.
CAUTION
Do not use the make-up mirror while driving
to avoid distraction which may cause an
accident.
