Panoramic sunroof*
CAUTION
● Before closing the sunroof, check that no
occupant is close to the sunroof, so as to
avoid personal injury.
● Never leave children or adults to be
attended alone in the vehicle. They may
trigger the switch and control
unintentionally, thus causing accidents.
● Open the panoramic sliding sunroof only
when there is no ice or snow thereon,
otherwise a fault may occur.
● Do not allow any objects to extend out of
the sunroof, lest the seal might be
damaged.
● During driving, when the sliding sunroof is
open, airflow noise and resonant noise
may be emitted. This is a normal
phenomenon, and changing the position
of the sliding sunroof or opening either
window can reduce such noise.
● Remove the water drops, snow, ice or
sand on the sunroof before opening the
sunroof.
● Do not place any objects on or around the
sunroof.
● When the sunroof is open, do not activate
the windshield washer; otherwise the
washer fluid may be sprayed onto the
windshield and then splashed into the
vehicle.
● Check and clean the sunroof drain hole to
prevent clogging.
The sunroof switch ① is located in the middle of
the 2 interior front roof lamps.
The switch will work properly only when the
ENGINE START/STOP button is in “ON” position
and the sunroof is closed.
NOTE
● With the sunshade closed, the sunroof
can be opened by pulling the sunroof
switch backward directly until the
sunshade is opened completely.
● The sunroof sunshade can only be
opened or closed with the panoramic
sunroof closed.

Opening sunroof sunshade
Toggle the switch backward to the 1st position,
and then release the switch, so the sunroof
sunshade slides to the fully open state. Toggle
the switch in halfway sliding, so the sunroof
sunshade stops.
Closing sunroof sunshade
If the sunroof glass is closed, toggle the switch
forward to the 3rd or 4th position, and then
release the switch, so the sunroof sunshade will
automatically slide forward until it is completely
closed. Toggle the switch in halfway sliding, so
the sunroof sunshade stops.
If the sunroof glass is open, toggle the switch
forward to the 4th position, and then release the
switch, so the sunroof glass slides forward to
completely closed position and then the
sunshade slides forward to completely closed
position. Toggle the switch in halfway sliding, so
the sunroof glass/sunshade stops.
Setting of Close blind @ LK
Enter “CarCenter” – “Body setting” – “Window
and roof” – “Close blind @ LK” on the MP5
display, and use the slider on the right side to
turn on or off the Close blind @ LK.
