Front wiper automatic wiping function *
When the ENGINE START/STOP button is in
the “ON” position and the wiper switch is in the
position, if the rain/light sensor located on
the front windshield near the interior rearview
mirror of the vehicle senses rain, the windshield
wiper will be automatically turned on, and the
wiper speed will change depending on the
rainfall.
If the rain/light sensor is covered by mud, oil,
dust, etc., the automatic wiping function may not
work properly.
If the wiper switch is in the “LO” or “HI” position,
the front wiper will wipe at the set speed, and the
auto-sensing function of the sensor will not work
at this time.
● Do not set the wiper switch in the
position before an automatic car wash,
otherwise the wiper may be damaged.
Please turn off the wiper when not
needed.
● The rain/light sensor sometimes cannot
accurately sense rainfall and activate the
front wiper. If the rain on the windshield
affects your sight, you should manually
adjust the front wiper positions or wiper
frequency when needed.
● After the rain stops, in order to ensure
that the windshield is wiped clean, the
automatic wiping function needs to
continue working for a period of time and
then is turned off.
● When the wiper switch is in the
position, if the wiper reaches the detection
area of the rain/light sensor or the
windshield is vibrated, the front wiper may
operate unexpectedly, so beware of
pinching!
● Water film or scratches formed by the
worn wiper blades may make the rain/light
sensor increasingly insensitive. In this
case, please replace the wiper blades in
time.
● When the automatic wiping function fails,
the wiper will operate in the INT position.
In this case, please go to an authorized
dealer for inspection in time.
