START BUTT EXIT: The “Start Butt Exit” parameter
allows you transfer the “Start Butt” slices forward
onto the Transfer Conveyor (normal operation) or to
“reverse” the Slicing Conveyor and drop the slices
on the Debris Conveyor. (Illustration 76) The Debris
Conveyor then transfers the product to the rework
bucket.
Select “Forward” for normal operation.
Select “Reverse” to send to rework.
