SMART WEIGH PERCENT DELAY: The “Smart Weigh
Percent Delay” parameter controls “when” and “how
long” the Dynamic Scales weigh the product as it
transfers across the Scale Conveyors. (Illustration 77)
This parameter is set in percentage of the “total weight
sampling time.”
If the adjustment is set to “0” percent, the Computer will
take weight samples the entire time the product is on
the Dynamic Scale.
If the adjustment is set to “10” percent, the Computer
will wait through 10 percent of the weight sample time
before taking weight samples.
LOAF LIFT
LOAF LIFT RAISE TIME: The “Loaf Tray Raise Time”
parameter allows you to control the speed of Loaf Lift
Tray as it rises to the “up” position. (Illustration 78) “The
Loaf Tray Raise Time” parameter is adjusted in
milliseconds from 250 to 3000 (1/4 to 3 seconds). The
faster the Loaf Lift Tray raises the faster the reload time
and will result in more product throughput.
PRODUCT LIFT TRIGGER POSITION: Product travel
distance before tray moves to position.
