Feed Engine: The Feed Engine screen allows you to test the
functions of the Lower Infeed Conveyor Belt Drives and Gripper
Assemblies. (Illustration 29)
Home: Moves the Grippers “up” to a hard stop then moves
“down” to the Gripper Position setting.
Move to Load: If the machine “Faults” out during production, this
function can be used to raise the Grippers to the “Load” position.
Grip: Asks if you would like to simulate product “yes” or “no?” If
“yes,” asks for loaf length for #1, #2, #3 and #4. Touch “Cycle”
and the Grippers will move down to the Loaf Length Position.
Release: If the machine “Faults” out during production, this
function can be used to open the Grippers and release the
product.
Open Grippers: Opens Grippers.
Close Grippers: Closes Grippers.
Retract Product: If the
machine “Faults” out during
production, this function can
be used to raise the
Grippers to the “Retracted”
position.
Move To Clean: Moves the
Grippers to the Cleanup
Position for removal or
installation.
Stop: Stops Gripper
movement.
EStop: Stops Gripper
movement.
