Transfer Conveyor: The Decel Conveyor
screen allows you to test the operation of
the Transfer Conveyor. (Illustration 42)
Home: Does Not Apply.
Move Forward: Jogs the Transfer
Conveyor Belts forwards.
Move Backwards: Jogs the Transfer
Conveyor Belts backwards.
Jog: Enter a “Speed” in the keypad,
then touch “OK.” The Decel Conveyor
will run at the selected speed.
Stop: Stops the Transfer Conveyor
Belts.
EStop: Stops the movement of the
Transfer Conveyor Belts.
Reset Fault: Resets Faults.
Structure Lift: The Structure Lift screen
allows you to test the operation of the
Structure Lift. (Illustration 43)
Home: Homes the Structure Lift at the
top.
Raise:
Lower: Lowers the Structure Lift until
the Infeed Structure “Up” magnet
moves off the SQ8 Infeed Structure
“Interlock” Proximity, then “Faults.”
Bump Up: Raises the Structure Lift 1/2
degree of rotation at a time.
Bump Down: Lowers the Structure Lift
1/2 degree of rotation at a time.
Stop: Stops the movement of the
Structure Lift.
EStop: Stops the movement of the
Structure Lift.
Reset Fault: Resets Faults.
