Servo Motor Power Cables: Each Of the Servo
Drives except the U4 have 2 Axes that send Servo
Motor Power Voltage to 2 Servo Motors. The U4
Servo Drive only controls 1 Servo Motor.
(Illustration 59) The X1 and X2 Servo Motor Power
Cables are connected to the bottom of the Servo
Drives.
U4 Servo Drive:
Axis X1 sends power voltage to the M1
Knife Servo Motor on the W1-3K Power
Cable.
Axis X2 is not used.
U5 Servo Drive:
Axis X1 sends power voltage to the M2
Knife Retract Servo Motor on the W3-3K
Power Cable.
Axis X2 sends power voltage to the M3
Jump Conveyor Servo Motor on the W5-3K
Power Cable.
U6 Servo Drive:
Axis X1 sends power voltage to the M4
Stacker Servo Motor on the W7-3K Power
Cable.
Axis X2 sends power voltage to the M5
Decel Conveyor Servo Motor on the W9-3K
Power Cable.
U7 Servo Drive:
Axis X1 sends power voltage to the M6
Infeed Structure Lift Servo Motor on the
W11-3K Power Cable.
Axis X2: Future use.
U8 Servo Drive:
Axis X1: Future use.
