XS4 Scale Housing Manifold: The Main Profibus
Cable travels from the AR15 Driver Control Node
to the XS4 Scale Housing Manifold and then to the
optional Powerloader
TM
or Takeaway Conveyor.
(Illustrations 20 and 21) If there is not a
Powerloader
TM
or Takeaway Conveyor the
Profibus will travel to the XS5 Infeed Housing
Manifold. The XS4 Manifold sends Output signals
to the directional valves that raise and lower the
Classifier Conveyors and releases the seal on the
Load Cell for operation. (Illustration 22)
Optional Powerloader
TM
/Takeaway Conveyor:
When a Powerloader
TM
or Takeaway Conveyor is
used, the Main Profibus Cable travels from the
XS4 Scale Housing Manifold to the Powerloader
TM
or Takeaway Conveyor Computer and then out to
the XS5 Infeed Housing Manifold. (Illustration 21)
The Powermax4000
®
Computer sends a “Speed
Reference” signal to tell the Powerloader
TM
or
Takeaway Conveyor how fast to run the Conveyor
Belts.
