SYSTEM OVERVIEW - GS2 - 24 VDC
POWER SUPPLY (Dynamic Scale Driver
Board Supply Power)
The GS2 Power Supply supplies 24 VDC to the
Stepper Drive Modules that create the Motor
Power voltage to run the Dynamic Scale Conveyor
Servo Motors. The GS2 Power Supply is
adjustable and should be set to 24 +/- 1 VDC.

1. The KM3 Contactor supplies 3-phase AC
Supply Voltage to the GS2 Power Supply.

2. The GS2 Power Supply rectifies the
3-phase AC Voltage to 24 VDC. 24 VDC is
sent on wire “301” to the QF7 Circuit
Breaker. (Illustration 55)
3. The “common” wire 302 is sent directly to
terminal “16” on Stepper Module 1, Stepper
Module 2, and Stepper Module 3.
4. The QF7 Circuit Breaker sends the 24 VDC
on wire 303 to terminal “24” on the AR16
Power Supply Module. This wire supplies
the “Operating” voltage for the Stepper
Modules.
5. The AR16 Power Supply Module sends this
voltage to all of the Stepper Modules.
