XS3 Directional Valves: The XS3 Main
Housing Manifold sends Output signals to
the directional valves that open and close
the Laser Scanner Cover and raises and
lowers the “pin plate” on the Slicing
Conveyor (Illustration 130). The Computer
sends control signals over the Profibus
Cable to energize the Directional Valves,
when required. There are 2 LED’s on each
Directional Valve that light when a signal to
operate an air cylinder is sent. LED 12 and
LED 14.
YV8 Directional Valve: Spare
YV9 Directional Valve: The YV9
Directional Valve controls the operation
of the Laser Scanner Cover.
YV9-14: Opens the Laser Scanner
Cover. LED 14 will be lit. The Cover
is spring loaded and closes
automatically.
YV10 Directional Valve: The YV10
Directional Valve controls the operation
of the Pin Plate on the Slicing Conveyor.
YV10-12: Raises the Pin Plate “up.”
LED 12 will be lit.
YV10-14: Lowers the Pin Plate. LED
14 will be lit.
YV11 Directional Valve: Spare
